Le Kool Grand Cru 80% Pinot Noir 20% Chardonnay – Special Harvest

Color: Crystal clear wine – yellow gold subtle tint – intense reflections of an attractive cordon of fine delicate bubbles.

Bouquet: Powerful and elegant vegetable notes with ferns of herb tea that bloom on honeylike and slightly mentholated mature flowers and fruits.

Palate: Structured well and supple, flexible in the attack with notes of apples, pears, and currants, light mentholated and aniseed. Good Final Length
