Le Kool Grand Cru 80% Pinot Noir 20% Chardonnay – Harvest 2016

Color: Crystal clear wine – yellow subtle tint – intense reflections of an attractive cordon of fine bubbles.

Bouquet: Powerful vegetable notes with ferns of herb tea that bloom on honeylike and slightly mentholated mature fruits.

Palate: Structured well and supple, flexible in the attack with notes of apples, pears, and currants, light mentholated and aniseed. Good Final Length.

Food Pairings: An aperitif or a meat dish such as Bresse poultry accompanied by scallops and porcini mushrooms.
